Description
An exceptional wardobe by Harden Furniture; circa 1980s. Drawing inspiration from Italian and Neoclassical styling. Made from solid Cherry with double doors set behind acanthus carved and spiral fluted columns. The doors feature classic X inlay in black and brass brass pulls. The armoire opens to cubbies, shelves and dovetailed drawers for storage. The cabinet has a beautifully arched crown with beveled top edge and rests on tapered robbed feet.
Harden was founded in 1844 by Charles S. Harden. It was one of the oldest family-owned and operated furniture manufacturers in the United States. After 175 years of business, the company ceased operations in 2018
