This lovely hall tree was made from oak around the 1880's. If you look closely at the side of the drawers you see how unique the dove-tailing is. This was the first ever machine dove-tailing in america. It was called "Pen and Cove" This type of piece would have been at the entryway of a home and used everyday. Features a large swivelingbeveledmirror and three drawers for storage.

Condition

The mounting bracket the holds the mirror to the chest is missing as well as the hangers for jackets, hats, and accessories
